Information About Consigning With More Taste Than Money

• Our consignment period is for 90 days from the time an item is entered into inventory.
• Items that sell for $100 or more will have a variable split. If sold in the first 30 days, the consignor will receive 55% , 45/55 split. Items that sell for more than $100 from the 31st to the 90^th day will be a 60/40 split, 60% to the store. Items that sell for $16 - $99 will be split 50/50. Items $15 or under will be a 60/40 split.
• There is a one time $5.00 new account set up fee due at the time items are brought in.
• The consignor is responsible for getting all items to us. We can recommend a local mover if you do not have the means to move things yourself. His prices are extremely reasonable.
• We must have the space and availability to display your item. Therefore, for furniture, we request that you either e-mail or bring us pictures of the items you wish to consign before we make an appointment to come out and see them in person.
• For home decor and art we ask that you set up an appointment before bringing them in.
• Checks for settlements over $25 are sent out automatically the following month
• We DO NOT call you when items sell or at the end of your 90 days. If you want unsold items priced at $15 or over back after 90 days it is your responsibility to contact us to make arrangements to pick up. Items under $15 that do not sell are not eligible for pick up.
• We set the prices and determine any mark downs or discounting as necessary to sell your item within the 90 day consignment period. Things are only worth what someone is ultimately willing to pay for them. Since we are splitting the sale, it is in both of our best interests to get the highest price possible. However, we will say it again. Things are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.
• We are very, very picky about what we take on consignment. Please do not be offended if we turn your items down.
• You can eBay it with us instead should consignment not be an option.
